KKday is looking for Travel Content Creators to join our team. If you are an honest and creative writer, have an eye for photography, and enjoy thoroughly documenting your adventures through varied digital media- you're exactly what we're looking for! Not only will we be covering your trip expenses and pay you to do what you love, this position will also allow you to work remote (outside Taiwan), and is open to people of all nationalities. • Exceptional writing and editing skills.

• Can provide a portfolio to showcase previous work.

Q. What are the types of Travel Content Creators?
A. There are 3 main types as listed below：
Written Content Creator：Contributes expertly written content for KKday website/ blog.
Video Content Creator：Produce high-quality and engaging videos.
Visual Content Creator：Produce high-quality photos.

Q. Can I apply for multiple positions?
A. Of course, you can! As long as you are a skilled writer, photographer, and videographer or any combination of the three.

Q. Will I be working independently as a Written Content Creator?
A. Yup. You will be responsible for the entire writing process, from developing a framework all the way to final edits. You will also be required to incorporate photos or visual guides into your work.

Q. Will I need to edit my videos as a Video Content Creator?
A. Nope, you will just need to shoot videos and obtain high-quality images and sound. Afterwards, our video editing team will take over.

Q. After I submit my application form, when can I expect to hear back?
A. We will contact you via email within 7-14 business days. the email will include tasks and prompts for you to demonstrate your ability to write, photograph, or shoot videos. Afterwards, expect to hear from us within 7 days to schedule an interview.

Q. After submitting the prompted content samples, when can I expect to hear back?
A. For applicants submitting a written sample, you will hear back after 7 days with details about the scheduling of your interview. Those submitting a photography or video sample will hear back after 7 days.

Q. If I'm overseas, how will I schedule an interview?
A. If invited for an interview, we will include the details and schedule a Skype time with you.

Q. Can I reuse my own content either for other KKday or personal projects?
A. Videos and photos created for KKday are not permitted for use in other projects. Written content must have case-by-case permission issued by KKday.

Q. What is the expected salary for KKday Travel Content Creators?
A. Depending on the individual scope and nature of each project the pay will differ. Written projects will be based on word count, videos will be based on length and location, and photographs will be determined by usage, difficulty, and quality. Details will be further discussed after completing the interview process.

1. This will be an ongoing recruitment process; as long as you are what we're looking for we will be in contact with you via email to notify you of your qualification. Details of this collaboration will be further stated and discussed in our working agreement.
2. Written Travel Content Creators will be working closely with KKday content editors to ensure all pieces are consistent with the KKday tone and writing styles. Video Content Creators will only need to provide footage and sound for the KKday video content editing team to work with. All final edits will go through the KKday Digital Content/Media team. If for some reason a project cannot be completed due to reasons such as, but not limited to, Travel Content Creators' personal issues, content quality, and incompletion of tasks, the Content Creator will be responsible for partial or entire costs of the project.
3. Before each project, all Travel Content Creators will be expected to work with KKday to discuss the scope, content, specific materials, location, time, and schedule. This will also include discussion regarding the compensation for each project and future usages and expectations of the material created.
4. Travel Content Creators have responsibility for the completion of their projects in its full entirety and cannot share, sell, or give this content to outside parties or use for personal use. Unless discussed to be beneficial for both parties, it can be discussed on a case-by-case basis for Travel Content Creators to use their material for personal branding.
5. All submitted material will belong to and be used at the discretion of KKday and its affiliates. KKday will not bear responsibility for the plagiarized, stolen, or copied submitted by Travel Content Creators. Plagiarism and the infringement of others' Intellectual Property will not be tolerated and offenders will be subject to the full legal and financial consequences. KKday reserves the right to edit or change the details of this recruitment event without notice.
6. Applicant information will be kept secure and private. KKday will not permit the use of personal information other than for this recruitment process.
